Job Description:

�Conducting software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule �Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients �Documenting current-state business processes and designing future-state processes �Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports �Designing and conducting data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One �Defining and documenting requirements for software customization and custom reports �Developing software customization using SAP�s software development kit and supported development platform �Providing ongoing customer maintenance and support �raining, coaching, and mentoring clients on the effective use of software �Assisting with development and maintenance of software implementation tools and methodology �Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One �Providing regular project status reports to management
