Job Description:

Recruitment & OD

  • Post job ads on the recruitment channels
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train employees for the company and for specific projects
  • Managing all of the Recruitment procedures like (Structures, Recruitment plan, Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
  • Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
  • Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
  • Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in recruitment operation
  • To manage the HR & Administration operations, by developing communicating and ensuring full implementation of all HR strategic initiatives, while ensuring employees compliance to ITC-Egypt policies and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains all HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Creates Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
  • Supervises the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, ensuring on-boarded candidates have successfully passed all interviews and accordingly prepares all the contracts for new hires and agrees the details with them.
  • Handles all employee exit procedures and ensures all company and employee’s rights are well preserved.
  • Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation
Personnel 
  • Processing new employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other activities using appropriate forms.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee.
  • Keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and sending legal warnings accordingly.
  • Keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel matters as well as presenting and issuing any necessary documents required by official authorities (e.g., labor and insurance offices).
  • Being responsible for the employee database system as well as employment files.
  • Assisting in the processing of monthly payrolls.
  • Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
  • Following up with employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3- 5 years of experience in the HR field
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Very good computer skills
  • Analytical skill.
