* Determine the human resources required for the execution of the Budget of the Company.
* Determine the material resources required for the execution of the Budget of the Company
* Perform the capacity calculation per machine and workstation , set performance standards for the key machines and work stations.
* Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
* Ensure operation of machinery by the creation and implementation of an appropriate preventive maintenance system.
* Accomplish production staff results by communicating job expectations; planning , monitoring and appraising job results; coaching , counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
* Participate in the creation of the daily,weekly , monthly and yearly production schedule -plan.
* Arrange on a daily basis the production plan per machine and workstation in an efficient way.
* Implement and control the production schedule-plan.
* Review and adjust the production schedule where needed.
* Suggest process improvement to enhance production quality and productivity.
* Analyze the products routing and improve them in order to be more rational and simple
* Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
* Assist in employee recruitment , performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
* Ensure that the production team follows company policies and safety standards.
* Apply the induction procedure for all production employees.
* Organize on job training to team members , to achieve production goals.
* Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
* Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives and especially to minimize the rework.
* Analyze quality problems to detect and rectify the causes of them.
* Prepare and maintain production reports and statistics.
* Involve in the creation and implementation of the factory machines and equipment maintenance system .
*Create periodic maintenance programs for the machines and equipment of the factory and monitor their implementation
* Assign daily workload to production employees.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops , reviewing professional publications, bench marking and successful practices.
