Job Description:

  • Managing and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Managing network servers and technology tools.
  • Upgrading systems with new releases and models.
  • Supporting a distributed Windows based network.
  • Maintaining standards for installation of infrastructure software / hardware installations.
  • Disaster recovery site management.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting network equipment.
  • Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting windows OS and , windows servers, Active directory, DNS and DHCP servers .
  • Troubleshooting Windows Desktops and Laptops.
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware.
  • Providing end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for Windows Operating System.
  • Setting up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system.
  • Creating and managing system security policies and components objectives and Configuring system hardware resources.
  • Monitoring and handling all network, VPN and internet traffic through firewall
  • Applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
  • Configuring / adding new services as necessary.

Job Role: Engineering - Telecom / Technology

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable (MIU, GUC, BUE, MSA and AAST, etc.) are preferred
  • Holding MCSA Certificate.
  • Holding CCNA Certificate.
  • Experiences in Windows Server Administration & Domain Controller. Administration.
  • Help desk experience.
  • Males Preferred.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
