Job Description:

- Managing more than 10 brands at the same time. - Prepare AS built drawing - Controlling more than 10 brands (Adidas, Reebok, Timberland, Geox, Redtag, Go Sport, Quicksilver, Levis, Vans, Rockport and brioche Doree) - Support Projects Manager in developing designs for all other features / utilities of the Mall or store such as building placement / orientation, parking lot layout / flow, service vehicle access - Prepare tender document - Get drawing approval from mall or landlord - Effective Negotiation Strategies & Tactics to Score a Great Deal - Follow up with finance for suppliers LPO and Payment cheques & Project settlement to ensure smooth work operations - Administer the construction process until hand over - Write daily detailed report - Generate (PTR) Project Tracking Report
