Visit the stores in order to follow up on the team.

Maintains an excellent relationship with the store level.

Handles any issue in the team and come up with an action
plan.

Check the reports that are done by the team.

Set the KPIs of the team after managing it with the sales.

Analyze the achievements of the team and make
recommendations.

Responsible for the team appraisals, vacation, work
permission or any administrative work.

Communicate with the WH department in order to store the
stock advertising material.

Train and develop the team.

Apply any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
