·        Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

·        Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

·        Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

·        Resolve any arising problems or complaints

·        Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

·        Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

·        Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

·        Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

·         Closely liaise with Production and Logistics departments to support sales and production balance control

·         Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

·         Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

·          Prepare and submit status and performance reports. 

·         Prepare & managing monthly production plan to achieve sales target. .

·         Plan and follow up the MRP to secure the packing and Raw Materials.

• Achieves sales targets and increases the company’s market share in Africa.
• Develops a network database for new export markets in Africa as well as maintaining current customers.
• Communicates with the company’s interrelated departments, such as: Finance, Production, Quality Control…etc. to facilitate the work flow.
• Analyzes L/Cs & Payment conditions in accordance with UCMENA policy.
• Ensures the issuance of all related official documents requirement in-line with each market requirement.
• Collects data about the required regulations to enable UCMENA to export to the African countries.
• Coordinates export orders to ensure an accurate delivery of the right product specifications.
• Prepares and attends industry-related exhibitions as per UCMENA policy.
• Collects data required for market research, governmental authorities, embassies, etc.
• Responsible for handling and resolving all customer inquiries/issues effectively in accordance to UCMENA policies.
• Generates Market and Sales related reports.
• Coordinates all export sales transactions such as: Customer Response, Orders, Payments, Delivery Schedules, Customer Complaints and Service Levels.

• Coordinates and follow up on shipping operations and coordinates with authorities. Follow up with shipping schedules, and delivery of the products.
• Ensure the movement products out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedures, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
• Collects and update data about the required certificates or new procedures for export from UCMENA.
• Coordinate export orders to ensure accurate delivery of the right product specifications.
• Prepares related documents to L/C terms and conditions and secures L/Cs & payment conditions according to company policy.
• Review the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.
• Communicates with the company’s interrelated departments, such as Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality Control, GWH, etc.
• Follow up on the legal documentation required by authorities.
• Handle customer queries and issues, and resolves them effectively and according to company policy.
• Coordinates all export sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels, and works to increase customer satisfaction.
• Follow company rules and regulations pertinent to administrative policies, safety and personal hygiene.

• Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity
• Organise transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
• Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
