Job Description:

  • Maintain, Develop, follow up the implementation of integrated management systems (quality – environment – occupational health & safety at the company, and make sure they conform to the requirements of international standards and in compliance with the Egyptian law & QHSE policies
  • Ensure document management system is aligned to established procedure, forms, work instructions, recording, archiving and maintained.
  • Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and flowcharts are the documents applied and used internally and externally
  • Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities
  • Follow-up to measurements of the environmental aspects with a significant impact and prepare the periodic evaluation of the extent of compliance with legal requirements and register the performance monitoring and periodic measurements of the environmental aspects and occupational health & safety.
  • Follow-up to ensure the implementation of decisions on the corrective and preventive work required until the completion of their implementation to avoid points nonconformity.
  • Prepare the internal audit team and set the annual plan for internal audits of the various activities of the company in accordance with the requirements of international standards.
  • Planning for internal audits of integrated management systems, follow-up and analysis of the results of audits that performed on a regular basis and prepare reports of findings and currently in management review meeting of top management.
  • Coordinate with IMC ( Industrial Modern Center) to provide consultation services and certifications donors
  • Coordination with donors for ISO certifications to visit the company concerning the conduct external audits.
  • Follow-up of external audits reports from corporate donors for ISO certifications to assess the company's position and avoid point’s nonconformity.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from faculty of science or any related university
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Manufacturing background is a must.
  • Certified of ISO certification (9001 , 14001 , 45001) Preferred
  • Strong personality.
  • Team Player
  • Hard worker & Details oriented
  • Very good English language is preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft office user.
