Job Description:

Objectives: Preparing, organizing and settling the accounts of the subcontractors, and follow up the abstracts. Responsibilities: 1. Delivering the exchange notes to the department concerned with disbursement. 2. Follow-up preparation and adoption of extracts subcontractors 3. Receipt and review contracts and extracts subcontractors 4. Settlement of abstracts and review of their terms, categories and quantities with contractors contracts and daily restrictions 5. Follow-up of the funds and the required reports to the account manager and the financial manager 6. Follow up, review and match balances with accountants 7. Review and match balances with contractors 8. Follow-up of advance payments. 9. Contributing to the preparation of financial centers and budgets

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor of Commerce - Accounts Department 2. 3-5 years experience in the same field, with 1 years experience in similar position in the same field
