Job Description:

•Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.

•Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

•Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.

•Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.

Job Role: Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical

Job Requirement:

-Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics

-3 - 5 years of experience in the same field.

-Very good command of both written and spoken.
